A custom client onboarding and agreement execution system built for Syntax Management, combining conditional legal documents, electronic signatures, automated PDF generation, email routing, and service-specific WooCommerce checkout automation.
Turning a manual agreement process into a scalable digital workflow.
Syntax Management needed a streamlined onboarding system for several visa-related service packages. The process had to present the correct agreement, collect client information and an electronic signature, generate a completed contract, send copies to all relevant parties, and route the client to the correct WooCommerce checkout.
Rather than adding another basic form to the website, we designed a complete agreement execution and payment onboarding architecture.
Conditional Agreement Logic
The correct agreement is displayed automatically based on the visa service selected by the client.
Electronic Signature Capture
Clients sign directly on the page using a mouse, touchscreen, or mobile device.
Automated Contract Generation
A completed PDF is generated with client details, the selected agreement, date, and embedded signature.
Payment Workflow Integration
Each service selection redirects to the corresponding WooCommerce checkout with the correct product already added.
Multiple systems had to work together as one continuous client journey.
Multiple Service Agreements
Each visa service required a different legal agreement and payment destination, without creating a confusing experience for the client.
Document Execution
Submitted client information and the electronic signature had to appear inside the finalized agreement, not just inside a form entry.
Checkout Synchronization
The system had to identify the selected service and route the client to the correct WooCommerce product and checkout flow automatically.

We combined Gravity Forms Elite, Gravity PDF, WooCommerce, conditional logic, electronic signature processing, and custom notification routing into one automated workflow.

The new workflow replaces repetitive document preparation, manual signature collection, PDF assembly, email follow-up, and payment routing with one structured and scalable online process.
The architecture can also be expanded to support additional visa services, revised agreements, new payment packages, or CRM integrations.
